I have been revitalizing homes for sale on Oahu since 2010.  I am also a NACHI certified home inspector, my primary business.  I am very familiar with the local markets, the closing process, and I can tell you very specifically what will likely turn up on the home inspection report.  I will not do "cover up" work (please don't ask for it).  I repair homes properly and honestly.
